MedTech Pulse comes to a close
I’ll cut to the chase: Today’s newsletter will be the last edition of MedTech Pulse.
When I started this newsletter, it was a channel for CeramTec’s and my personal mission: to explore the fascinating intersection of technology and medicine together with an equally invested audience. Over the past four years, we’ve done just that—bringing unique perspectives on major news, insights from the startup ecosystem, evocative infographics, and inspiring conversations with the people behind the innovation. While we are proud to have successfully pursued this mission, we will shift our focus to new channels of communication in the future.
We’ve been lucky enough to be welcomed into many of your inboxes for the past few years.
It’s been an honor to bring you the latest news, opinions, and voices in MedTech from across the world every week.

As we close this chapter, I’ve been taking a trip down memory lane and revisiting some of my favorite MedTech Pulse discussions, including:
- The post-pandemic telehealth boom and evolutions
- The trends of horizontal and vertical integration in the healthcare industry
- Smart rings taking off
- New sub-niches in the growing femtech space, including menopause and perimenopause
- MedTech innovations on the frontlines of war and disaster—and as far away as space
- Interviews ranging from reinventing clinical fax machine use to digging into femtech’s legal landscape
But what’s been the most exciting about creating this publication has been hearing from and connecting with all of you, the MedTech changemakers I write for, and I’d love to stay in touch with you.
